Dear Praying co-laborers,

The summer is soon upon us here in the New York City area...

I have given considerable thought and prayer to our summer focus, and in this envelope you will find the following:

1. The Global Ten-Day Prayer Guide...starts May 13, and ends with Pentecost Sunday...a special Sunday of Prayer. Here at Hephzibah House we are having a gathering that afternoon, May 23, so people can gather to pray together...expressing gratitude for the Promised Holy Spirit sent by our Father, who gives life to the Body of Christ. Maybe you can gather some friends together also, first to give thanks, and then to pray for the Holy Spirit's work in the world that belongs to our Father.

2. A teaching sheet about Biblical praying

3. The VOM Persecuted Believer's Map (nations of people for whom to pray)

4. Suggestions: Again this summer, like some of you did last summer, gather friends or families together for prayer times...maybe monthly...Lead them into your global praying. Maybe even use the world leader's lists.

Begin on the website to cover the focus on prayer from the first one, October, 2007...if you pray on a special day of the month, divide the list so it is covered in the months of June, July, August...God willing, I will post the new focus for the Fall prayers in September. DON'T TAKE A VACATION THIS SUMMER FROM PRAYING...SATAN TAKES NO VACATIONS.
